One hundred five (105) rice farmers were continuously benefited through the Climate Smart Farmers’ Field School under the Philippine Climate Change Adaptation Project (PHILCCAP). The Field School consists of free-technical services on rice and corn production as well. This program aimed to increase production and farmers’ income in rice and corn-based areas by 20% yearly despite the effects of Climate Change. The Tuguegarao City Demo Farm established two consecutive cropping of Rice techno demo which aimed to showcase and promote the different technologies in rice farming.
