GETTING HERE . . .

Tuguegarao City (TUG), the capital of Cagayan, may be reached by plane from Manila (MNL) through the daily flights of Air Philippines and Cebu Pacific.

By land, Tuguegarao City can easily be reached by various air conditioned buses with very comfortable seating capacity in 9-11 hours form Manila.

For independent motorist, take the North Diversion Road and exit at Sta. Rita. Cagayan may also be reached via Ilocos Norte, passing by the picturesque Patapat Bridge.

HOW TO GET AROUND . . .

Vans, buses and jeeps take main roads of Cagayan while tricycle and calesas (horse-drawn carriages with mag-wheel tires) can take you around Tuguegarao City or the other towns. Vans and other vehicles are also available for rent on a daily basis to any point in the province.

ROAM THE CITY . . .

Tuguegarao is one of the cities with the most number of TRICYCLE. These vehicle are colorfully decorated reflecting the vibrancy of its artistry.

The Tuguegarao Calesa is also a popular vehicle among the joyriders.The calesa is a small wooden carriage pulled by a horse.
