The Rural Improvement Clubs of Tuguegarao City were able to manage one cropping of the Rice Techno Demonstration at Gosi Norte. The group had experience planting rice, corn and vegetable at the same time. Though many of them were unexperienced in rice farming, they gave their best effort to come up with a very good team work. Some of the members took a Lakbay Aral in selected provinces of the country to enhance and improve their product designing and labeling of their One Barangay One Livelihood (OBOL) products. Ten of the selected RIC Clubs were given funds for their livelihood projects through the effort of Congressman Randolf S. Ting. These support served as additional funds for the continuation of their livelihood products.
