In addition to the incentives provided under Republic Act 7160, otherwise known as “Local Government Code of 1991” and Republic Act 7916 known as “The Economic Zone Act of 1995”, Executive order No. 226 known as “Omnibus Investment Code of 1987, the Province also provides the following:

Use of real properties owned by the Provincial Government for free for a period not exceeding 3 years

Exemption from payment of basic real property tax for:

• Enterprises established in 5th and 6th class municipalities — for a period of 6 years;
• Enterprises established in 2nd, 3rd, and 4th class municipalities — for a period of 3 years;
• Exemption from tax on transfer of real property ownership for a period not exceeding 3 years; and
• Exemption from franchise tax for a period not exceeding 3 years.
